Exposure.

Young people deserve the chance to experience more than what is familiar to them. Exposure to new careers and experiences can expand what they believe is possible for their own lives. It is difficult to imagine a future you have never had the opportunity to see.

Autonomy.

Young people deserve to have a say in the direction their lives take. Exposure gives them more options, while practical skills help them make informed decisions and build lives that feel meaningful to them.

Confidence

Confidence should be rooted in how young people see themselves, not in the opinions of others. They deserve spaces where they can explore without fear of failure and build confidence that outside opinions cannot take away.

Purpose

Purpose begins with understanding who you are and what matters to you. Young people should have opportunities to explore their interests, learn more about themselves, and use that understanding to shape the lives they want.

Accountability

We believe young people should understand how their choices shape their outcomes. Accountability requires the emotional intelligence to reflect honestly, take responsibility, and make better decisions moving forward.

The LuPrint Project uses a four-part framework to guide each experience:
