LU
Lauryn Hall is an educator, mentor, coach, and architectural designer dedicated to helping young people discover their potential and build meaningful futures.
A Prince George’s County native, Lauryn's passion for youth development began long before The LuPrint Project was created. Throughout her life, she has worked with children and young adults in a variety of settings, including education, athletics, the arts, and mentorship. From teaching middle school health and leading architecture enrichment programs to coaching cheerleading and dance, she has spent years helping young people develop confidence, discipline, creativity, and leadership skills.
Lauryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland. During her graduate studies, she served as a Teaching Assistant for seven semesters and was recognized with the Director's Award for her thesis, Building Futures Beyond the Walls: Designing Thoughtful Third Places That Uplift and Guide the Next Generation. Her research explored how thoughtfully designed spaces and supportive communities can positively impact youth development—an idea that ultimately became the foundation for The LuPrint Project.
The LuPrint Project was born from Lauryn's belief that every young person deserves access to opportunities, mentorship, and experiences that help them envision a future beyond their current circumstances. Just as a blueprint provides a plan for what a building can become, Lauryn believes youth thrive when they are given the tools and support to design a future of their own.
Through The LuPrint Project, she is committed to creating programs that expose youth to new possibilities, strengthen life and leadership skills, encourage creativity, and provide the confidence needed to pursue their goals.
SUCCESS IS A RESULT OF PREPARATION, NOT LUCK.
